Sarrah Moon L.Ac

Sarrah Moon, LAc is a California state board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. Since graduating at the top of her class from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Danville, Sarrah joined SC Sports Therapy full-time as our primary provider of acupuncture and plant-based medicine. Sarrah integrates various systems of acupuncture, functional medicine, herbal medicine, cupping, facial rejuvenation, movement & alignment exercises, dietary recommendations, and meditation and breathwork to help you restore physiological function, reduce pain, and heal for the long-term. She believes in using the best of eastern medicine’s holistic protocols plus modern techniques for an integrative approach towards healing both our physical bodies and emotional well-being. Once a patient completes the initial treatment phase, Sarrah encourages an acupuncture or herbs maintenance routine as a form of self-care and wellness.

Sarrah previously enjoyed a professional career in digital marketing in the tech and consumer fields. Growing up in New York deeply connected to holistic medicine, she found that the precise combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine resolved her struggles with back pain, joint mobility, allergies, hormonal balance, among other health issues. Adding regular chiropractic care and physiotherapy to her frequent acupuncture care and plant medicines contributed to a stronger and happier mind and body. This life-long journey towards healing in a more natural and minimally invasive way deeply motivated her to change life course and share this ancient yet contemporary medicine with as many people as possible.
