The Art of

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is well-known as an effective treatment for pain and many other conditions and has been used as a treatment for thousands of years. There are several types of Acupuncture, including Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Japanese Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and Electro-Acupuncture. Each technique comes with it special training and certain advantages. You may find one approach works better for you than another. This is why you cannot try Acupuncture just once, but need to find the style that suits you, and a practitioner that has the training for your particular condition.

The power of

Chinese Medicine

Chinese Medicine is comprised of various treatments including Acupuncture and herbal medicine under the umbrella of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Scopes of practice vary from State to State, but practitioners have extensive training in all facets of Chinese Medicine including cupping, moxibustion, herbal medicine, and Tui Na bodywork. Herbal medicine is a very powerful tool that can work for a variety of external and internal conditions, and may be offered with or without Acupuncture. We see Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine available more main stream than ever before, including in larger medical practices and hospitals.

More options through
